Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s largest hotel chains with over 10,000 properties, needed a scalable way to offer tiered WiFi to guests, members and affiliates while integrating with TravelShare and WorldMark membership databases and the hotel PMS to enable upsells. Indio Networks was engaged to deliver a membership-integrated, monetized WiFi solution using captive portals, Nomadix controllers and a centralized Hotspot Manager.

Indio Networks (working with implementation partners) deployed captive-portal/PMS integration, Nomadix controllers, Hotspot Manager tied to the WorldMark membership database, and multiple payment options by membership status, centrally managing over 200 premium hotels across the U.S. and Canada. The solution drove a 20% increase in TravelShare and WorldMark memberships, improved online/customer satisfaction, and delivered positive member feedback thanks to rewards and discounted connectivity.
