Verizon needed to manage end-to-end student and guest WiFi at a university, enforce distinct policies for students, staff and visitors, and track and control network usage. Verizon engaged Indio Networks and deployed Indio’s UniBox controller with managed WiFi access points to address these requirements.

Indio Networks implemented the UniBox solution with data- and time-based restrictions and integrated the system with the student database to ensure seamless connectivity. As a result, administrators gained full visibility and control over the WiFi network, misuse was completely curtailed, and users experienced faster, more reliable WiFi access.
