RIU Hotels, a global hotel chain with a 4-star beachfront property in Cancun, needed fast, reliable and monetizable WiFi across a fragmented, high-density resort (over 400 rooms) in a region drawing more than 20 million visitors annually. Indio Networks was engaged to provide a unified wireless experience, integrate third-party access points, deliver custom landing pages, and enable revenue generation while working with local systems integrators.

Indio Networks deployed its WiFiLan System and OSS/BSS solutions—integrating third‑party APs, a Property Management System, customized captive portals, and policy- and bandwidth-management along with a WiFi monetization platform (in partnership with BBG Communications).
