Microsoft, one of the world’s largest technology companies, needed an automated, secure visitor authentication and WiFi access system for its Indian offices to prevent unauthenticated logins and streamline front‑desk procedures. Indio Networks supplied its Unibox plug‑and‑play solution to collect visitor details, notify hosts by email/SMS for approval, and deliver OTPs for controlled WiFi access.

Indio Networks deployed Unibox across Microsoft’s India offices after PoC, enabling host-triggered approvals, per-user access policies, activity monitoring and centralized network management. The rollout shortened guest entry time, tightened network security, reduced front‑desk effort and lowered OpEx/CapEx, while improving WiFi coverage, high‑density support and remote monitoring/troubleshooting.
