King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) had an existing Cisco access point and controller infrastructure but needed a cloud-based network management solution with a branded captive portal, voucher-based guest access, fast WiFi, and third‑party hardware integration. Indio Networks was selected for the project for its ability to integrate third‑party vendor infrastructure and for its WiFiLAN cloud hotspot controller that supports policy enforcement and simple login methods.

Indio Networks deployed WiFiLAN, integrated KHCC’s Cisco APs and Wireless LAN Controller, created a fully customized Cisco‑compatible captive portal, and implemented voucher-based guest access and policy management. The solution was configured and made operational in less than one week; patients and guests gave strong reviews of the Internet service, management was live within a week, and the improved connected environment helped patients cope with stress.
