Indicia Worldwide implemented a phased solution focused on cost reduction, knowledge sharing, and innovation, with Print Connect connecting 350 users and streamlining local processes. The results included three times the engagement of a traditional catalogue portal, reduced rogue spending, improved brand consistency across 150+ brands, an e-auction function that delivered 2% more savings, and over €26.5m in goods executed with about €2.2m in savings.
