Freeze Pro Shop, an online retailer specializing in ski, snowboard, surf, and outdoor products, faced the challenge of migrating from a bespoke ecommerce platform that also served as its ERP/OMS system. The company commissioned INDEZ to replatform onto a new Magento 2 solution that could support its complex international and operational needs.
INDEZ implemented a Magento 2 website featuring seven international stores with local currencies, a full ERP/OMS integration, and automations for major marketplaces. The project successfully migrated over 100,000 product SKUs and redirected 800,000+ URLs for SEO. Following the July 2019 launch, Freeze Pro Shop experienced significant year-on-year ecommerce growth and won numerous new B2B clients.
