Venly, a Belgium-based blockchain technology provider, needed to scale its software development team by hiring senior front-end, back-end, and QA engineers with expertise in Angular, Java, and Selenium, as well as a basic understanding of blockchain technologies. Their challenge was to find this highly specific, top-tier talent quickly, without being limited by geography, and to find individuals who possessed the drive and determination to succeed in their fast-paced, innovative environment. They turned to the vendor Index to manage this complex hiring process.
