TMP Worldwide, the world’s leading network of Employer Communications agencies, helps clients design measurable employer branding and recruitment solutions. With clients demanding better ROI and TMP struggling to fill specialized, hard-to-find roles (IT, engineering, development and bilingual technical profiles), the agency needed a more effective alternative to traditional display advertising and job boards.

TMP implemented continuous and one-off sponsored job campaigns on Indeed to increase visibility and target rare profiles. Over seven months one client received 1,302 applications from Indeed (23% of total candidates) versus 300 from traditional advertising, at an average cost per candidate of €22 compared with €199 — while successfully reaching hard-to-find bilingual and technical candidates.
