The results included avoiding further certification fines and reducing a prior $10 million penalty exposure by $8 million, cutting overtime overrun from 69% in 2013 to 2% in 2016, reducing overtime dollars from a 45% overrun to a 4% underrun, lowering bypass grievances from 58 in 2015 to 14 in 2017, and removing over 95% of manual payroll entry errors.
