incuto provided Hoot with its banking platform, including the Buzz communications tool, an online Members Area, Hive Data Layer, Open Banking, Faster Payments, and online loan applications. The impact was significant: member communications increased three-fold, total lending rose 48% in September 2020 versus the previous year, Hoot generated four times the loan applications of comparable credit unions, and it processed a 450% increase in share withdrawals in one day, with 95% handled through incuto’s platform.
