Cellebrite dramatically accelerates build time and packaging processes, reducing over-all build process by 70%

Cellebrite, a market leader in mobile device data extraction for retail and forensic markets, needed to speed up its Microsoft Team Foundation Server-based development workflow. With hundreds of Visual Studio projects and a gated check-in process, incremental builds were taking 5–6 minutes and packaging took about 2 hours, making it difficult for developers to validate changes quickly.

Using Incredibuild to parallelize both compilation and packaging in Microsoft TFS, Cellebrite streamlined its CI and release processes. The result was a dramatic improvement: incremental builds were reduced to around 1 minute, developers could get a testable installation package in under 10 minutes, and a full release cycle for all customized packages dropped from a few hours to less than an hour.
