ArcBest, a logistics and supply chain company serving 13,000+ employees (8,400 covered lives), needed on-demand care for on-the-go workers, access for employees in healthcare deserts, and stronger mental health support. To address these challenges, ArcBest partnered with Included Health to provide Primary Care with integrated Behavioral Health, Everyday & Urgent Care, and chat-based coaching.

Included Health built a virtual, member-centric medical home—rolling out virtual primary care, therapists and psychiatrists, urgent care access, and 24/7 chat coaching—which drove strong adoption and outcomes: 71% of households registered, 56% of engaged members had multiple visits, a 97% case resolution rate, 1.49 individuals registered per household, 66% of coaching members engaged with another Included Health service, and a 53% improvement in treatment for moderate to severe depression.
