To meet those goals, Compass Rose partnered with Included Health to provide integrated virtual care, behavioral health, and Expert Medical Opinion services.

Included Health delivered video‑first everyday and urgent care, faster access to therapists and psychiatrists, and specialist Expert Medical Opinions. The partnership drove measurable engagement and clinical impact: 11.8% of Compass Rose members registered for Included Health solutions (versus a 10.8% benchmark), average wait times to see a therapist or psychiatrist were 9 and 8 days respectively (versus about six weeks typical), Expert Medical Opinions produced a 73% change in treatment and an 8% change in diagnosis, PHQ‑9 scores improved by about 38% on average, and an estimated $853K in medical costs were avoided in 2022.
