Edmonds School District, one of Washington state’s largest districts serving more than 21,000 students across 38 schools, needed a better way to manage IT assets and support requests. Its old asset system was clunky and hard to use, so the district turned to Incident IQ for asset management and ticketing to improve visibility, simplify workflows, and reduce end-user challenges.
With Incident IQ, Edmonds centralized asset, user, and ticket data in one platform and used integrations to streamline Chromebook deployment and device tracking. The district said it was able to deploy over 6,000 Chromebooks in a week with near 100% accuracy, while also saving hours on user searches, reducing losses and damage, and making tech staff more efficient.
