Downers Grove School District 58, a district serving more than 5,000 students across 14 schools, needed a better way to manage facilities work after relying on carbon-copy paper tickets and then Google Sheets and Forms, which still left the team with limited visibility, tracking, and organization. Because the district already used Incident IQ for IT workflows, it wanted a similar platform for Buildings and Grounds.
Incident IQ provided a unified facilities and maintenance workflow platform with ticketing, mobile access, followers, and real-time asset management. Downers Grove School District 58 gained better communication, clearer assignment and completion tracking, easier photo-based ticket submission from mobile devices, and stronger coordination between Facilities and IT, especially during the pandemic device redistribution effort.
