A Incident IQ Case Study
Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District, a public school district serving about 22,000 students across 29 campuses, needed a better way to manage growing device inventory, student support, and maintenance requests after launching its 1:1 program. The district wanted a single, simple place for users to submit issues so tickets could be routed correctly without confusion, while also improving asset tracking and reporting. Incident IQ was chosen to help unify IT and maintenance support on one platform.
With Incident IQ, the district combined help ticketing, asset management, and maintenance work orders in a single system, giving IT and operations teams shared visibility and more efficient workflows. Campus administrators were also trained to help verify device ownership and track missing Chromebooks, and custom dashboards made it easier to spot trends and aging tickets. Eagle Mountain-Saginaw said the result was smarter workflows, better reporting, and significant time savings in getting tickets to the right person.
