AIG Israel, the local subsidiary of American International Group, faced a complex, time‑consuming incentive compensation process for its large sales and customer‑service teams. Calculations were done with multiple error‑prone Excel sheets that pulled data from disparate sources, were difficult to change, and required significant senior and mid‑management time, so AIG sought a controlled, flexible system with transparent reporting and “what‑if” simulation capabilities.
Following a successful proof of concept, Incentives Solutions was rolled out across Sales and then other departments, providing user‑configurable incentive logic, automated allocation across profit centers, and real‑time visibility for employees and accounting. The platform reduced payroll processing time and clarification cases, supported SOX controls and separation of duties, and increased motivation and performance in Sales and Customer Service.
