Incentive Solutions worked with National Restoration’s Product Manufacturer, a manufacturer of dehumidifiers, air movers, drying systems, and air scrubbers, to help it stand out in a mature restoration market facing low-cost competition. The company needed a stronger brand differentiator and a way to build loyalty through its distributor channel.

Incentive Solutions launched one of the first loyalty programs in the restoration industry, awarding points based on products purchased and giving distributors flexibility to share rewards with employees, customers, or use them for business tools. The program was promoted through a landing page with registration, login, rules, and point-earning details, and product pages listed point values. Results included a 39% increase in enrollment, a 72% increase in points awarded, and a 34% increase in points redeemed.
