InboxArmy was hired by RCJuice, an online retailer of RC electronics, to address fundamental issues with its email marketing operation. The client's goals were to grow its email list, improve deliverability, and increase email-driven revenue. A major challenge was that their expired ecommerce platform, Magento 1.0, prevented proper integration with their ESP, MailChimp, blocking revenue tracking and causing many subscribers to not receive emails.
The solution implemented by InboxArmy involved migrating RCJuice's email operations to the Klaviyo ESP and creating high-performing automated flows, including a 5-email cart abandonment series and a new welcome series. InboxArmy also developed manual product campaigns. This strategy saved the client an estimated $50,000 and months of downtime while dramatically improving performance. The results included a 400% increase in monthly revenue from the cart abandonment automation, a 150% increase from the welcome series, and an overall 300% increase in email marketing revenue.
