Paessler AG, the company behind the PRTG Network Monitor unified monitoring solution, wanted to reach IT professionals and encourage them to trial its software. Although Inbox Insight initially offered lead generation, Paessler was drawn to the vendor’s large database of verbally opted-in IT professionals and the opportunity to target a vetted audience more effectively.

Inbox Insight delivered a series of targeted HTML email campaigns throughout 2016 promoting PRTG Network Monitor and a free 30-day trial, driving qualified traffic to Paessler’s website and into its sales funnel. Paessler said it appreciated Inbox Insight’s flexibility and collaborative approach, and the campaign was successful enough that the customer described it as not being their last campaign with Inbox Insight.
