To address this operational inefficiency, they partnered with vendor Improving Nearshore to create a unified portal, the CHI HUB.

Improving Nearshore designed and developed a comprehensive web-based HUB using Angular and .NET Web API. This solution integrated all necessary tools into a single platform, providing a seamless experience for dealers to manage quotes, orders, and customers. The result was the successful retirement of the old terminal server application, with the new CHI HUB becoming the single point of access for all dealer operations, significantly streamlining their workflow.
