Signal Theory, an independent branding and design firm, needed a better way to handle client reporting as it grew its roster of global accounts. Its sole analyst was stuck working with a legacy marketing analytics platform that had limited API connectors, no GA4 support, no backend access for data blending, and underwhelming visualizations, making reporting slow and difficult to scale.
To solve this, Signal Theory implemented Improvado to connect its data sources, automate data transformation, and send reporting data into Amazon Redshift and Tableau. With Improvado, the agency cut report preparation from about 4 hours to 30 minutes, moved many clients from monthly or quarterly to weekly reporting, and enabled one analyst to manage reporting for 10 global clients simultaneously.
