Munson Medical Center, a hospital in Traverse City, Michigan, faced lengthy, complex logins that forced clinicians to waste three to seven minutes multiple times per day, disrupting workflows and patient care. Repeated attempts to find a solution had failed because IT hadn’t fully understood users’ needs, and staff were resorting to workarounds that undermined efficiency and satisfaction.
