National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) is an IT provider that develops and supports software and hardware for telephone companies, electric cooperatives, and public power entities, serving more than 750 customer networks. NISC struggled with limited visibility, alerting, and reporting around remote access—relying on B2B VPN tunnels that created security risks and made it hard to monitor who was connecting to customer systems.
