The City of Marietta, GA — a suburb of Atlanta with about 57,000 residents providing a full range of municipal and public safety services — faced a pressing compliance challenge: the FBI’s CJIS mandate required advanced (two‑factor) authentication for officers accessing national crime databases from unsecure locations like patrol cars.
