Stelliant, a French insurance services provider acquiring AAD Phenix, faced its first-ever Virtual Data Room (VDR) project and required extensive help with documentation, user management and permissions. Imprima manually checked and reformatted the large Excel files and delivered same‑day, password‑protected USB project archives for a secure post‑deal retention. Imprima’s VDR and support enabled the smooth completion of the acquisition that will form a combined business with revenue of EUR 60m, while ensuring fast, secure access and archive delivery.
