Eurobank engaged Imprima to support a cross-border, €301M sale of its Romanian subsidiaries to Banca Transilvania and faced a complex, time-critical due diligence process. The deal required uploading and reviewing over 500,000 pages, providing secure, fast access for 100+ due diligence team members and multiple bidders, and managing a complex permissioning and Q&A architecture over a 12‑month timeline. Eurobank selected the Imprima Virtual Data Room for its security, flexibility and local project management.
Imprima implemented its VDR with an advanced Permissioning System and around‑the‑clock project support, enabling deal managers to create and manage granular access rights and support multiple bidders and advisors (including Barclays, HSBC, Mediobanca and Deloitte). Imprima’s solution handled 500,000+ pages and 100+ users across the 12‑month project, helping complete the transaction and integration on schedule, support the €301M sale and allow Eurobank to meet its European Commission commitment ahead of time.
