G.Network, a fast-growing London networking company, needed to move away from manual customer and partner processes in Salesforce as demand increased. To tackle this challenge, they partnered with Impressit to build a business automation platform, including a wholesale system and portals to support customer management and internal operations.
Impressit assembled a 12-person team and delivered backend and frontend solutions using Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS, and a microservice/serverless architecture. The wholesale API was successfully delivered in summer 2020, helping reduce manual work, operational time, and cost while opening new partnership channels and improving the foundation for automated device setup and monitoring.
