Using Imperva to Mask Sensitive Data on One of the Largest PeopleSoft Databases in the World

A global aerospace and defense company with more than 170,000 employees and one of the largest PeopleSoft HR/payroll installations needed to protect employees’ sensitive PII (social insurance numbers, salary data) across massive, distributed databases. The challenge was to produce realistic, secure database copies for development, integration testing and offshoring while preserving data relationships across multiple database types and complex applications.
