Stephenville Independent School District, Texas (serving about 3,700 students aged 3–18), struggled to manage roughly 2,000 devices across six school campuses plus an admin campus. After earlier tools such as NetOp Vision and NetSupport failed to handle the volume of connections and students were being distracted by off-task digital activity, the district turned to Impero Software and its Impero Education Pro solution to centralize device and classroom management.

Impero Software implemented Impero Education Pro on a centralized server, adapted the product during initial rollout (with Stephenville ISD joining Impero’s beta programme), and provided ongoing support. The district now remotely supports all seven campuses from one location, speeding technical response, reducing travel, and simplifying network management; teachers use Education Pro’s classroom controls, live thumbnails and exam module to keep students focused.
