Richmond County School System in Augusta, Georgia — a district of 57 schools serving about 32,000 students with roughly 19,400 devices — faced limited IT staffing, inconsistent classroom monitoring (Netop Vision was used only sporadically), frequent student attempts to bypass filters, and an inability to provide efficient remote support.
