With 90% of employees having flexible work options and more people living far from offices, Zillow needed a scalable way to help employees build meaningful connections across teams, levels, and locations.
Imperative implemented its peer coaching platform, using Purpose Profiles, AI matching, smart conversations, and reporting insights to help employees connect in the flow of work. After two years, Zillow reported stronger morale and career growth, with 82% of conversations rated helpful or very helpful and 84% saying the conversations helped them be more successful.
