Accolade, a fast-growing healthcare technology company, wanted to create a scalable coaching culture that would support every employee, deepen leadership practices, and build psychological safety across the organization. To make coaching accessible without the cost and complexity of traditional one-to-one coaching, Accolade partnered with Imperative and its peer coaching platform.
Using Imperative, employees completed purpose profiles and were matched with peers for bi-weekly video coaching conversations driven by personalized prompts. The program helped build new relationships and support networks while keeping coaching practical and scalable: 83% of committed actions were completed, 90% of those actions directly improved fulfillment at work, and 90% of employees described the experience as helpful, very helpful, or a breakthrough.
