How Hasbro Builds Manager Networks with Peer Coaching

Hasbro, a globally recognized toy and entertainment company, wanted to reimagine the employee experience and better support its managers with a solution that was easy to use, scalable, research-based, and able to build psychological safety and belonging. The company turned to Imperative’s peer coaching platform to help connect managers and create new networks of support without requiring training or heavy administration.

Imperative implemented peer coaching networks using its Purpose Profile and data-driven matching algorithm, pairing employees for bi-weekly video conversations with personalized prompts. The program generated strong engagement and measurable impact: 83% of committed actions were completed, 90% of those actions directly improved fulfillment at work, and 90% of employees described the experience as helpful, very helpful, or breakthrough. Hasbro also reported increased ownership, trust, belonging, and continued desire to participate, showing that Imperative helped drive meaningful behavior change and stronger connections across the organization.
