KFC, the global fast-food chain known for fried chicken, needed comprehensive QA support for its web app, m-site, and mobile app release. ImpactQA partnered with KFC to validate key customer journeys such as sign-in/sign-up, ordering, checkout, payments, and account features across multiple platforms.

ImpactQA implemented a full QA process using Agile sprints and performed functional, cross-browser, usability, network, crowd, and interruption testing, supported by tools like Android Studio, Jira, and Lighthouse. The work also included smoke, sanity, and regression testing, along with triage and retrospective meetings to resolve defects efficiently; the case study does not provide specific numeric results, but the outcome was a more thoroughly tested and stabilized release.
