Benchmark Analytics uses The Benchmark Blueprint, a multi-dimensional police force management and early intervention solution spanning BMS, First Sign Early Intervention, and C.A.R.E. As the company added new agencies and supported different configurable workflows, it needed a scalable regression automation approach that could work across existing and upcoming agencies, support web and mobile browser resolutions, and fit into its development lifecycle. ImpactQA was engaged to help address these automation and process challenges.

ImpactQA built an automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Cucumber, and Maven, with BDD for reusability of manual test cases. The solution included reusable plug-and-play components, cross-browser and mobile support, Jenkins-based CI on AWS EC2, cloud integration, and parallel execution. As a result, Benchmark Analytics reduced overall execution time from 5 days to 1 day and cut test effort by 40%, while improving test coverage, performance, and release speed.
