Airtel, one of India’s largest telecom operators, needed to improve automation testing for its MyAirtel mobile app across pre-launch and post-launch phases. The company faced the challenge of validating product and offer launches across multiple locations, devices, OS versions, and business flows, while also simulating SIM behavior for different circles.

ImpactQA implemented an automation solution using Selenium Grid integrated with Appium to run tests on multiple devices and OS versions, with cloud execution support through Sauce Labs and Mobile Labs. By registering devices for different circles and scheduling jobs for each new product or offer launch, ImpactQA helped Airtel streamline testing across regions with fewer resources while improving coverage, consistency, and reliability.
