RevLifter increases the conversion rate for a home improvement retailer by 27% with impact.com

RevLifter, a personalized-offer platform for retailers, partnered with one of the world’s largest home improvement brands to drive year-over-year growth while maintaining steady ROI. The challenge was that RevLifter needed more sophisticated, granular tracking and attribution to refine seasonal and context-driven offers (e.g., outdoor furniture by temperature or holiday promotions) and to measure which campaigns and channels truly drove clicks, conversions, and average order value.

Using impact.com’s granular reporting and device-level attribution, RevLifter identified which referring URLs, offers, and devices delivered the best return, fine-tuned creative and discount strategies, and managed payments and attribution transparently on a single platform. The result was a 27.3% uplift in conversion rate QoQ, a 216% increase in sales QoQ, ROAS of 42.6 in H1 2023, and performance that sat 33% above the brand’s program minimum—delivering predictable ROI and a stronger long-term partnership.
