Resident merges affiliate marketing with influencer partnershps for ultimate full-funnel success

Resident is a leading DTC home brand (home to NectarSleep, DreamCloud and others) that needed to reach customers at every stage of a long, research-heavy mattress buying journey. While influencer posts and UGC built awareness, traditional affiliates and paid media delivered stronger conversions, so Resident sought a full-funnel approach that combined authentic creator content with its affiliate and paid channels and streamlined partner management for scale.

Using impact.com’s Creator platform, Resident recruited creators, centralized contracting and assets, and built a library of evergreen UGC that was repurposed across affiliates and paid ads. The integrated program improved ad performance and partner workflows, doubled the value of posts and videos, and produced profitable creative (influencer-content ads achieved a ROAS of 1.08 versus 0.89 for a produced ad), driving major revenue during key sales and creating a sustainable, always-on acquisition engine.
