Rastelli’s is a premium protein supplier serving hotels, restaurants, institutions and retail, with its own processing, warehousing and direct-to-consumer channels. When COVID-19 shut foodservice customers and sent consumers buying meat online, Rastelli’s needed to rapidly scale direct-to-consumer sales and find partners to reach new audiences and shore up disrupted supply chains.

Working with DMi Partners and the Impact Partnership Cloud, Rastelli’s turned its affiliate program into a full‑funnel partnership network—combining B2B partners (e.g., Sun Basket), content and review sites (CNN, CBS) and traditional affiliates (Ebates, Cartera). The approach drove immediate traffic and explosive sales: B2B partnerships produced 505% QoQ revenue growth, 200+ commerce content placements (CNN alone drove ~15% of Q2 growth), 92% of partnership revenue is now content‑driven, loyalty sites delivered 4–7x revenue gains (eBates +459%, RetailMeNot +797%), and affiliates lifted conversions 100%+.
