LetsGetChecked, a direct-to-consumer personal health testing startup launched in 2019, set an aggressive target to grow 26% month-over-month (roughly 1,170% annually) by adding 500 high-quality partners and reworking partner payments to reward first‑interaction acquisitions. The challenge was to rapidly recruit partners in the home‑testing vertical while ensuring commission structures reflected each partner’s true contribution.

Working with Impact’s Partnership Cloud, LetsGetChecked used automated keyword discovery, segmented email workflows and instant recruitment to contact ~8,000 prospects and source high‑ROAS partners. They restructured payouts—lowering commissions for multi‑step closers and increasing rewards for introducers, and created payout groups by product AOV—resulting in 736 partners recruited (47% above target), 1,896% YoY affiliate revenue growth, and a 36% improvement in ROAS.
