Jane.com is a curated online marketplace with more than 2,000 sellers offering daily deals on clothing, home decor and more. Although influencers and affiliates were key revenue drivers, the team was hampered by manual tracking, fragmented reporting, complex commission structures and limited partner discovery—blocking growth in GMV and team productivity.

Jane.com implemented impact.com with a Twilio Segment integration to automate attribution, consolidate channel data, manage partner contracts and streamline payments. The unified view reduced double payouts and improved partner management, driving a 27.4% increase in GMV ($4.6M, to $21M) and a 22.7% rise in partner count between July 2021 and June 2022.
