PTC is an Australian retailer of phone cases, mobile accessories and growing smart-home and lifestyle tech brands that needed to reach increasingly diverse audiences. High paid-media costs, inconsistent returns and forecasting challenges made it difficult to scale, and the company wanted a platformed partner to enable brand-to-brand partnerships and better segment and target customers.

Using impact.com’s partnership-management platform, PTC onboarded a mix of CPA, commission, coupon and cashback partners (notably ShopBack) to lower acquisition costs and expand referral and organic reach. The program tripled organic/referral traffic QoQ and delivered major gains: +82% program revenue QoQ, +61% program traffic QoQ, +15% average order value QoQ and +5% ROAS QoQ.
