DirectAsia, a growing Southeast Asian travel insurance brand, needed to overhaul an outdated affiliate program that lacked visibility, had an inefficient fixed-fee payment model, and offered limited access to quality partners. The result was a stronger, more efficient program with just 1–2% higher costs, a 10.1:1 ROAS improvement from 8.8:1, 85% more orders, and 51% sales growth.
