Coda Payments, the operator of Codashop and Codapay, helps Gen Z and millennial gamers in 55 emerging and established markets buy in‑game currency when credit cards aren’t common. To sustain engagement with existing users and expand into new markets, Coda needed new acquisition channels that could scale globally and reach younger audiences where they spend time.
Coda launched an integrated affiliate partnership program—onboarding creators, publishers, telcos and e‑wallet partners via the impact.com platform—using automation and CPA‑based rewards to scale quickly. In eight months the partnerships channel drove 8x revenue growth and 22x active partner growth, with ninefold and elevenfold revenue increases from new and returning users respectively, while giving the brand more authentic reach into Gen Z communities.
