Circles.Life, a digital-first telco in Southeast Asia, relied on publisher partnerships to reach young, savvy shoppers but lacked the internal resources and measurement to scale the channel effectively. With unclear attribution and incentive structures that demotivated publishers, the brand needed a way to get more incremental value from partners than competitors were getting.

Working with Lodestar Marketing and using the impact.com platform, Circles.Life audited partner performance, redesigned a flatter, incremental commission structure, optimized low performers, and recruited new sub-networks. The changes drove a 327% QoQ increase in orders, a 238% QoQ jump in conversion rate, an 8% MoM traffic lift in Q3, and a 46% reduction in cost per sale (from S$68 to S$37).
