Easyship provides shipping software and a courier/ecommerce network that helps businesses of all sizes ship globally, but the company needed to diversify its partnership mix and gain better tracking and transparency to scale beyond tech-heavy ecommerce integrations. Its objectives were to reach new types of subscribers across the decision funnel and to manage a wider range of contracts and referral arrangements more reliably.
In December 2019 Easyship migrated to the Impact Partnership Cloud, which enabled testing and tracking of nontraditional partners—such as ecommerce agencies, web-domain firms, influencers, bloggers and coupon sites—and clearer contract management across varied IOs. The result was a dramatic lift in partner-driven performance: a 577% quarter-over-quarter increase in actions and a 312% quarter-over-quarter increase in revenue, establishing partnerships as a key growth channel.
