Westpac’s Premium Financial Services (PFS) team needed to strengthen relationships, align around a shared vision, and build a high-performance culture among leadership and top talent. Working with vendor Impact International, Westpac sought a development experience that would help participants understand different perspectives, clarify individual purpose, and align personal commitments with business priorities.

Impact International designed and facilitated a series of residential team and leadership development programmes in the Blue Mountains near Sydney, combining experiential activities, theoretical inputs, self-disclosure, and facilitated dialogue. The result was a stronger, more connected PFS team with clear vision, purpose, and direction; according to Andy Fell, the group returned “as one team” with a unique bond that will help them move the business forward.
