WestLB - Customer Case Study

WestLB, a European commercial bank based in Düsseldorf, needed an intensive development experience for its new graduates to kick off their eight-week programme and support their early personal and professional growth. It partnered with Impact International to deliver an initial module that would help the graduates build self-leadership, understand personality differences, improve working relationships, and strengthen peer networks.

Impact International designed a three-day “Focusing on the Future” programme featuring leadership and team-working projects, individual feedback sessions, Myers Briggs Type Indicator input, and Emotional Intelligence exploration. The experience culminated in a half-day Community Action Project delivered by the graduates to 40 secondary school students, helping create a more self-aware group of young professionals with practical strategies for future development; WestLB also reported strong engagement, honest feedback, and a true partnership with Impact International.
